I've always heard that he does not remember his past does not understand the present, and that, my starting point, and many others to decide recovering the collective memory of our city, our department and our region. Only our apathy has been guilty of the state of our institutions and our symbols, we have left to others what we as citizens and that is why I hope these months are the turning point for working towards exalting the autochthonous from different professions and perspectives, highlighting our communities, making the intangibles of our customs and an excuse to create good habits and taking up this blog.
