Formal Dresses In A Hurry

Bonn is a small city (about 300,000) in western Germany who acquired great importance after the Second World War to become the capital of West Germany. This condition is transformed into an administrative city, and as is usual in these cities, the streets are well maintained, there are great parks, and have their own university.
Here are some photos of the streets of downtown, which is very pleasant for walking:

Near the center of the city is also home Beethoven's birthplace:

By the middle of the city that the prince's palace, which is currently the main building of the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn, and in front of him lies the iconic lawn of the university. On the right, the Poppelsdorfer Allee is a long promenade linking the palace of the prince with his summer palace.

Bonn was the capital of Germany until unification in 1990, and the government remained in Bonn until 1999. When the government moved to Berlin, much of the land it occupied was sold for housing 16 institutions of the United Nations in what is called the UN Campus. The two buildings campus's most prominent are the United Nations building and the headquarters of DHL.

Next to the UN Campus is the largest park beautiful city with a huge lake that freezes in winter and where people play ice hockey.

This is my new standard for tourism, technology hat-tech! (Stanford T-shirt is four layers below,-P).

This was the first time in my life that I walked on a frozen lake, so I decided to complete my collection of photos of feet.

Leaving the park, you can return to the center of the city along the Rhine, which is usually very nice evening.
